Camper has a queen size Murphy bed in the front, that folds up to allow the sofa to be used during the day, twin size bunk beds in the rear, a dinette that folds to about a twin size bed. Camper comes stocked with basic kitchenware, (cups, dishes, silverware, utensils, coffee pot, and a few pans) TV, stereo, AC, propane heater, and propane water heater.

This camper is an easy tow for most half ton pickups, but not recommended to be towed with anything smaller than a half ton sized truck or SUV. Make sure your tow vehicle has at least a class 3 hitch with a 2- 5/16” ball 18” to 21” above the ground, and a 7 wire round light plug. You must have a trailer brake controller to pull this camper per Texas Law and for safety reasons. If you do not have a brake controller, I can provide a wireless controller for an additional add on fee.

Linens and towels are not included in base price but can be added for an additional fee. There is no mileage fee and out of state travel is allowed, but renter is responsible for tire replacement for any blown or damaged tires during out of state travel.
